Orzo and pistachio spinach pesto

based on a recipe by WHOOGY’S on Instagram @whoogys

Ingredients:

300g orzo
50g of pistachios
2 handfuls of spinach
50g parmesan
1 clove of garlic
10cl of olive oil
30g of basil
Salt, pepper and Espelette pepper

Steps

- Mix all the ingredients until you get a nice smooth texture.




- Cook the pasta (about 8 minutes).
- Pour the pesto into a pan over medium heat with
a ladle of pasta cooking water.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix to have
a very creamy texture.
- Dress on a warm plate with
grated parmesan
